Anna Vocino is back with Eat Happy Too: 160+ NEW delicious grain-free, gluten-free, low carb recipes that are also free of processed sugars. Get back to cooking and retrain your taste buds to love food again. You'll be shocked at how good food can taste! Eat Happy Too has 150 more starters, mains, sides, soups, casseroles, slow cooker AND Instant Pot recipes, plus breakfast and a chapter called make your own, so you can learn how to make sauces and dressings from scratch and not be stuck buying chemical laden versions from the grocery store. There is even a desserts chapter which has some splurge recipes made from the finest ingredients, so that when you have something to celebrate, you can do it with minimal metabolic effect on your body. Half of the recipes have dairy, half are dairy free, and most of the recipes with dairy can be made dairy free for those who want to limit their dairy intake. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002, Anna Vocino struggled to manage the effects of autoimmune disease and middle age weight gain while still being able to eat delicious and satisfying foods. In 2012, she started podcasting with Vinnie Tortorich and changed her way of eating to not only be gluten free, but also grain and sugar free. Her first cookbook, Eat Happy, is an Amazon best seller, and her audience made it very clear MORE RECIPES, PLEASE!

You can Eat Happy Too!

TLDR: Just click BUY NOW. You won't be sorry.
How does Anna defy the sophomore slump? Pretty much by delivering another cookbook with easy to follow, low carb, delicious recipes that people want to eat. We've already bookmarked a week's worth of meals from this new book. It is rare that cookbook following healthy eating paradigms will actually have recipes that normal cooks can create. Every recipe in Eat Happy and Eat Happy Too is easy to follow and taste as good (usually better) than recipes found in traditional books.

Great recipe book!

If you don't have the first Eat Happy, click and purchase that one too. Anna's first cookbook gave me the confidence in the kitchen I never had. It also helped me shed thirty pounds and I never felt like I was on a diet, which was the best part! My husband does not follow a Low Carb diet, however, he now looks up recipes from my first Eat Happy cookbook whenever it's his turn in the kitchen! Buy Anna's cookbook for everyone you know!

I can't wait to get my hands on this book! I used to get a lot of my recipes online for my gluten free diet, but I just LOVE having an actual book. There's nothing like opening up a new book and leafing through the recipes for inspiration. And this is definitely one to add to my collection of cookbooks!

I'll definitely check this one out! I've been eating gluten free as much as possible and it makes me feel so much better!
