Every year, Bedside Reading connects exceptional authors with millions of luxury travelers, influential readers, and top-tier media outlets. Our curated programs combine premium hotel placement, high-visibility marketing, and guaranteed media exposure—all designed to elevate your book and your brand.

All Programs Below Include:

Placement of your book in the Hamptons
for one premier weekend: The Hamptons are the chic beaches out on Long Island, NY. We place books in 11 hotels throughout the Hamptons, at the pool, and in their rooms. Why is this important? We want people to see that other people are actually reading your book. 


  • Memorial Day (5/25), July 4th,. Labor Day, Oct. 2, 2026 (in time for Hamptons Film Festival PLUS this includes book placement at The Kimpton Rowan Hotel in Palm Springs in time for the Palm Springs Film Festival every January!)

FAQs:
  • ​​When does my book get placed in hotels?
Placement timing is coordinated with each author and aligned with availability, budget, and marketing goals. We choose a month, and shipping schedules are created and sent to you.
  • How soon does the program begin after enrollment?
Once enrolled, we create a customized timeline and strategy covering placements, shipping, social media, and media outreach.
  • When will reviews appear?
Reviews typically begin to post within 30–45 days of the review campaign start date. 
  • How are reviews guaranteed?
Review volume is guaranteed through outreach to a large, opt-in reader community. Readers choose whether to review, ensuring authenticity and compliance. Bedside Reading does not influence review sentiment or star ratings. Review volume is guaranteed; review content is determined independently by readers.

  • How will we communicate and share materials?
All communication is handled via email. Authors receive a welcome letter with links to a short onboarding form and Q&A, which we use for media outreach. You’ll also receive access to a shared Google folder containing images, badges, confirmations, and reports for ongoing promotion.
  • Please note that all programs are offered as a bundle. We cannot itemize offerings in the bundle unless we make specific arrangements before the program begins. Please check the terms in our policy.
