This is my own personal favorite recipe:
Jane's Blueberry, Peach Yogurt Pie (the late great writer, Bill C. Davis, gave me this recipe back in 'the day')
No baking, no cooking: just 5 min
Ingredients:
1 Keebler's Graham Cracker Crust Pie (read their directions to prepare it, or if you're in a rush, use as is)
1 pint fresh blueberries (never frozen)
1 container of Peach Yogurt (My preference is Full Fat Greek FAGE peach yogurt)
1 Whipped Cream (No-Fat Cool whip, or buy whipping cream and whip it yourself, (check out youtube for how to do this)
I would never use canned whipped cream, but that's just me)
How to:
1. Spread full yogurt container on the bottom of the prepared Graham Cracker Crust Pie
2. Spread blueberries on top
3. Spread whipped cream on top
Options: sprinkle chocolate chips on bottom and/or top of pie. In the photo above the photographer used blueberries on top.
Chill until firm
