Lobby Program - Book Placement

Each month Bedside Reading will provide 4 different book titles (5 books each) to be placed in the lobby or gifted to VIPs. (QTY: 20 total). Books can also be placed in the VIP guest rooms/suites
Raising Awareness: Bedside Reading will reach out to promote your hotel by reaching out to social media what the guests are reading. (examples Media)
Digital Library: Bedside Reading will offer our digital library (20+ ebooks and audiobooks) for all guests to access via a QR code.
We recommend that the hotel offers our digital books to all guests when a room is booked (the free library can be gifted via the hotel reservation confirmation letter)
Bedside reading will create a customized landing page for your hotel, so guests can access digital library. (example)

Note:

We kindly request the hotel prints tented cards to be placed on top of the book if books are placed in the rooms. The card indicates that the books are complimentary and gifts for the guest.
Hotel photographs the collection of books each month and posts on IG (feed). We will repost and use in all media.
Hotel to print bookmark which we recommend to be placed on the pillows in guest rooms
